If however you have been diagnosed with a sleep disorder that isn’t Insomnia, then this programme may not be for you.


Those who suffer from Bipolar disorder or Schizophrenia may also find their symptoms worsen during portions of this course and so for that reason, I would not recommend this course to you.

FAQ's



Q:How long will it be until I start to see an improvement to my sleep?
A: This course is designed as a 4 week programme, and most people will start to see their sleep improve from week 2 onwards. However everyone is unique, and it may take some up to 8 weeks to see progressive improvements in the quality and length of sleep. 

Q: Do I need to do anything to prepare for this course?
A: The answer is no! Everything you will need is in the course. It may be beneficial to download the sleep diary from the ‘week 1’ lesson and fill this out a week before starting the step by step in module 3 (you can do this as you work through modules 1 & 2), so you can identify your ‘why’ early on, giving you time to address it. 

Q: Will I be required to completely change my lifestyle?
A: Simply put, no! There are no strict rules to follow or daytime routines that need to be implemented. 
However, there will be set rules to follow regarding your sleep (but only for the duration of taking this course) - and these will be based on YOUR lifestyle and sleeping patterns and so should be manageable. Remember, it’s only for a few weeks! 



Q: How long is the course?
A: Each module will take a maximum of an hour or so to work through. The sleep guide itself works for 4 weeks, but this is not set in stone and could take longer, depending on your unique needs...

Q: Is there any evidence that CBT-I actually works?
A: There are hundreds of studies, (including 100’s of Randomised Control Trials) dating back over 30 years demonstrating its efficacy.

Q: I’ve already tried so many things, and nothing has worked. How can I be sure this course will work?
A: This course is not a miracle programme, nor will it be a quick fix. You will have to put in the work, but it will address the source of your problem and give you the tools and techniques to gain back control. This course is based on science and works as a long-term solution to sleep improvement. 

Q: I’m vegan, will the meal plan also work for me?
A: Yes, there are 2 meal plan options available! A 4 week animal based meal plan and a 4 week plant based meal plan (both are available to all students enrolled in the course). 

Q: How long do I have access to the course?
A: From the moment you enrol, you will have lifetime access, indefinitely - as well as any future updates.
